The annual “Cost vs. Value Report” from Remodeling magazine pegs the average price of a major kitchen remodel at $56,768. With that much on the line, you want to make all the right moves. If you do, you could recoup about 68% of your investment if you sell.
White is the most marketable color, states John Riha in his piece entitled “Kitchen Remodeling Decisions You’ll Never Regret.” You’ll always find it atop the National Kitchen and Bath Association’s annual survey of most popular kitchen colors. It simply doesn’t go out of style.
But what about the ever-present gray trend?
Better Homes & Gardens writer Sarah Egge says, “One of the most popular trends in kitchen design is gray cabinets. They are versatile options that can look Old World or modern, traditional or contemporary. And, depending on the style of the doors, they can even bridge the line in a transitional space.” We say “Hooray” for gray! Check out our softer grays: Platinum or Silt; or the bolder, more striking grays: Dovetail or Mineral.
Ok, but what if you want something different, something inspired by your favorite food or beverage?
We say, “Why not!” Whether you’re looking for the perfectly pale greige color, like Oyster Bar, or the sweet but salty inspiration of Pretzel, or the deep, rich notes of Merlot, Siteline offers over 100 different painted finish choices, sure to be a lip-smacking, neighbor-envying addition to your new kitchen.
